Situated at the intersection of latitude 47° North and longitude 3° East, the estate cultivates eight confidential plots in the heart of Chablis Burgundy. The vineyards, from Guillaume's grandfather, were established on the slopes of the village of Beines. Following his father, Guillaume took over the management and continued the family history. He strives to create each cuvée as a fair balance between the typicality of the soil, the character of the grape variety and his personal intervention.
