A blend of three small plots: La Croix Blanche is at the bottom of the slope, Les Raviolles in the middle of the slope and Hauts Beaux Monts at the top.
The average age of the vines is 50 years. Fermentation takes 15 days with 30% whole cluster and 30% new oak.
Beautiful ruby red in colour with lots of fruit, spices and rose petals. Full body with concentration, beautiful round tannins and complexity.
