Carrette added this 0.92ha plot in 2022. The vines were planted between 1976 and 2017, are on marl soils with light stony soils, on a medium slope with east orientation and 315 to 340 metres above sea level.
Manual harvesting began on 31 August after a particularly hot and dry growing season. From February temperatures were high, late frosts in April came as a surprise but had no consequences. A very wet June saved the canes from dying in an otherwise extremely dry year. The summer was the second warmest since 1947.

Vinification takes place in traditional 228-litre barrels, 40% of which are new, and undergoes full spontaneous malolactic fermentation. The wine then matures for a further 11 months on lees in barrel. Blending takes place in stainless steel tanks and the wine matures there for a further 2 months on the fine lees before bottling.
Golden in colour, intense and generous in the nose with apricot jam and spicy notes of cinnamon and vanilla. On the palate, the wine is full, powerful and warm, with a supple, rich texture.
