Sorrel's "classic" white 2022 Hermitage is made 60-year-old Marsanne vines in Les Greffieux. This lieu-dit is known for its high quality white wines. It is aged for 18 months in mostly old oak barrels. It is full and rich with honeyed ripe peaches and pears, buttered citrus, good mineral qualities and incredible texture.
