Productinformation
Formerly known as ‘’Justice des Seuvrées‘’, this cuvée is a blend of two parcels, La Justice and Les Seuvrées. Both climates are together 1.51ha, planted between 1968 and 1986 and have a clay-limestone soil.
La Justice, located in the far north of the Gevrey Chambertin appellation, produces wines with a certain aromatic power. At the other end of the spectrum, in the extreme south, the Les Seuvrées plot produces wines with plenty of finesse in the style of nearby Morey-Saint-Denis climate.
This surprising duality produces a wine with both power and finesse with tremendous elegance. Subtle notes of orange peel, delicate spices and pepper flow harmoniously with the red fruit. A mineralite note adds vibrancy, refined tannins provide structure.

The summer was one of the hottest since 2023 with several heat waves.
