This wine comes from an interesting vineyard above Le Ban in St Aubin, under a limestone cliff that provides shelter. The soil is very white due to the limestone content, which adds minerality but also reflects the sun, which helps the grapes ripen faster. The wine is intensely mineral and tangy, but with ripe orange and a slightly full-bodied texture.
