Domaine Marc Sorrel is located in the Hermitage and 1 of the few domains outside Burgundy. We can trace the domain back to 1928 and they are known for being elegant and refined. It is a small 4-hectare domain led by Guillaume, Marc's son. The domain owns several plots, most of them on the Hermitage hillside. The domaine also produces beautiful Crozes-Hermitage, both white and red. Guillaume produces wines at the same level as his father, but sometimes uses a slightly different technique. For example, the wines undergo 100% whole cluster maceration. Le Gréal comes from 100-year-old vines and is considered the icon of the estate. Its white wines are made from 100% Marsanne and are rich and powerful. An exceptional domain that produces in an authentic way. Pure wines with a story.
