With the Gevrey-Chambertin, Les Cherbaudes 2015, Pierre Naigeon has proven its commitment to making excellent Burgundy wines. They have built a reputation for traditional winemaking methods and sustainability practices, staying true to the terroir.
Cherbaudes is a Premier Cru bordered on two sides by Grands Crus: Mazis-Chambertin on one side and Chapelle-Chambertin on the other. Bright red fruit with good intensity and supple flavours with plenty of Gevrey earth, but not much density. But the quality of the finish is simply superb and lingers for several minutes.
