Productinformation
Champagne from 50% Pinot Noir, 30% Menier and 20% Chardonnay. Just over half is harvest wine supplemented by 45% reserve wine. The grapes come from plots in Les Mesneux, Sacy and Villedommange.
The soil consists of limestone with clay. Vinification largely takes place in stainless steel tanks supplemented by 10% fermented in oak barrels. No malo for this wine and only light filtration. The wine matures for 10 months on lees and at least 15 months in the cellar.
The wine has a brilliant golden colour, a paragon of purity, lively supported by briny acidity and fine mousse.
