Hugues Godmé's Champagne La Réserve is the result of an equal blend of the three classic varieties allowed in the Champagne region: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier.
The grapes come from vineyards in Premiers and Grands Crus villages in the Montagne de Reimsarea, specifically Verzenay, Verzy, Villers-Marmery and Ville-Dammange. Harvest base 2019 with 50%fin réserve, around 30 months of ageing and a dosage of 4 g/l - making it an Extra Brut - for this fresh and balanced Champagne Réserve.
