Perrier-Jouët Blanc de Blancs is made from grapes from the Premier Cru and Grand Cru vineyards of the famous Champagne region. It is produced with 100% Chardonnay grapes, carefully harvested by hand and with a proportion of reserve wines. After the classic white wine-making processes, the second fermentation takes place by re-fermentation in bottle, using the classic method, with 30 months of ageing on the lees.
Perrier Jouët's Blanc de Blancs by a straw yellow colour with greenish reflections and a fine and persistent mousse. It has flowers, nuts, elderberries and jasmine, enriched by pleasant citrus notes of lime and grapefruit.
